Nestled on the third floor of a converted apartment block, it offers spacious rooms with large double beds, modern furnishings, and air conditioning - a welcome feature after a day exploring the nearby sea and historic center. The location is stellar, providing safe access to the waterfront, perfect for evening strolls. Complimentary breakfast delivered to my door was a nice touch, featuring a good variety of items like croissants, muesli, and fresh fruit. It was small but sufficient to fuel my marine research adventures! Housekeeping was meticulous; the bathroom and linens were in excellent condition. The hotel also offers easy access to free parking, enhancing the appeal for budget-conscious travelers like me. The attentive service from hostess Margherita was commendable, making our stay hassle-free. The combination of comfort, value, and location makes B&B 36 Passi Dal Mare a wise choice for your upcoming visit. I'd gladly return!
